Das Program:
Erlebe Breiten- und Spitzensport in Perfektion, präsentiert von Europa-Asien und Weltmeistern sowie diversen Olympiasiegern. Wir bieten Euch 3 super Tage mit Taekwondo (Poomse, Hyong, Ilbo,Ibo, Sambo, Hosinsul, Vollkontakt und neueste Wettkampftechniken), Hapkido, Selbstverteidigung, Wettkampfakrobatik u.v.m.. Schutzausrüstung und Pratzen bitte selbst mitbringen. Für alle Budo Sportler aller Verbände offen. Zusätzlich bekommt jeder eine Teilnehmerurkunde, 2 x Frühstück, plus Spaß, gut Laune und eine tolle Budo-Show der Referenten. Die Übernachtung in der Turnhalle ist kostenlos (Schlafsack und Matratze nicht vergessen!). Das Training beginnt am Freitag um 20:00 – 21:30 Uhr (Kennenlerntraining aller Teilnehmer). Samstag beginnt das Training nach dem Frühstück um 9:30 Uhr auf 4 Flächen in verschiedenen Gruppen bis zur Mittagspause (ca. 12:30 – 14:30 Uhr), dann bis ca. 19:30 Uhr, danach die Budo-Show der Referenten. Samstag wie Sonntag bis 13:00 Uhr.
